At Bonagent Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products and treatments, the following return and refund policy applies.

Retail Skincare Products

Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for a refund to the original form of payment.

Products must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.

Opened or Used Products

Because our skincare products are considered personal care items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products.

If you experience an adverse reaction or believe a product is not appropriate for your skin, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. One of our providers will gladly evaluate your concerns and may recommend an exchange for a more suitable product at our discretion.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate solution after evaluating the issue.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Services and Treatments

All aesthetic services, consultations, memberships, treatment packages, and prepaid services are non-refundable.

If you have concerns regarding your treatment or results, please contact our office. We are committed to patient satisfaction and will gladly schedule a follow-up evaluation with your provider when appropriate.

Packages and Memberships

Treatment packages, memberships, and promotional purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
