Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

  1. Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, Bonagent Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We may periodically offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Bonagent Aesthetics is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Bonagent Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  1. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged product(s)

  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

  • A brief description of the damage

We will review your claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on applicable laws or carrier regulations.

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States unless otherwise stated.

  1. Weather and Carrier Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only. Severe weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact shipping times.

Bonagent Aesthetics cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
